im new to this website and just want to share my idea(s)if it would be effective to have a banner scrolling across the top of the website and have the most recent topic activity for easier access to topics that are most active?

There is a link that will show the active topics. Since I visit mostly from my mobile, I prefer to not have scrolling elements.
