Getting a replacement Instructor certificate.

I have somehow lost both my instructor certificate and my husbands. I called DPS and asked what I needed to do to get a new one. I was told to go request one through the "contact us" on DPS's webpage. Have any of you had to do this and about how long did it take? I have gone through my whole house and can't figure out what the heck I did with them.

Similar to me. I lost mine in the flood and need to figure out how to replace it.

What does the DPS say when you call them?

They told me to go to their website and request one. I did and have not heard back. I ended up finding our lost certificates.
