New CHL Student with Insufficient Work History!

I have a student who wants to get her CHL but she only has 3 years of work experience. She is trying to fill out the online application but she is unable to proceed past that screen. Is there a trick to get it to allow her to complete the application? TIA
Ok, figured it out... she had to put "Unemployed" for the previous 2 years, with no gaps. In other words, she had worked from Jan. 2012-present. She entered "unemployed" from 2009 to Dec. 2011. The one month gap between Dec and Jan was the issue. I had her enter 2009 to Jan 2012 and she was able to proceed.

She should put the 1 month as 'Unemployed'. You can list it multiple times, just make sure there are no gaps left without something entered.
