I started an LLC for my CHL business last year and am required to make certain filings throughout the year. This is my first Annual Report and they are asking me for these codes:

6-digit North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. NAICS Codes are numbers that indicate your primary line of business. http://www.census.gov/eos/www/naics/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and

I have searched both of these links and have not been able to find an appropriate code. I am hoping someone with experience can assist me with this question.

I wouldn't get too worked up about the NAICS and SIC codes... the one linked above will work just fine. For the annual report, the state uses this code to determine if you are a manufacturer (eligible for the 0.5% tax rate) or a non-manufacturer (must pay tax at 1.0%). As long as you chooses a code that makes logical sense, you'll be just fine.

In regards to your inquiry, an establishment primarily engaged in providing firearm training or instruction without selling would be under NAICS code 611699, "All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction". Below I've include the 2012 NAICS description for further clarification.
