Sloooooooow(er) Processing of TR-100 Orders

An order of TR-100's received several weeks ago did not have the normal "re-order" form in it. I promptly called and left word on you-know-whos voice mail twice, once on a Monday then again on a Friday without any return call. Desperately needing more, I sat down and sent a a letter request for 30 more, along with a check for $150. The 30 certs and a copy of my letter did come in the mail yesterday. At the bottom of it was a highlighted note to the effect of
"Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing of supplies."

I have not had a problem getting TR-100's, but I just re-ordered this week, so we will see how that goes.
I HAVE had a real problem with getting packages, have not yet received any from my last order of more than a month ago.

Yep, the packets are even slower. I remminded 'em in that letter that I'd still not recieved the packets from the prior order. And still haven't. But, remember the letter said they are being sent to us as a
courtesy.

I ordered 3-3-08 and got the TR-100's in 3 0r 4 day's, still haven't seen a packet! I have plenty of extra packet's but have run out of new law books.
The last order had renewal Release of Record's, good thing we caught that and gave them the right one's, and the Photo holder's were cut out into the signature area.
We also really need a # that we can get thru to someone on.
What bothers me most is they send a letter to the renewal saying contact us and we will send you a packet, why not just send the packet and save everyone time, work and mailing cost, or better still, see your instructor they will have your renewal packet and blank Renewal Application.

I called Marion and got 2007 law books so that I could make packages. I got those in just a few days.

You got that right. I believe she recorded that message around the first of the year - maybe made a New Year's resolution that she was not going to answer the phone at all in 2008?

I'm waiting now on 200 packet's. It has to be easier, take less time and be more cost effective to send me 200 packets than to send 200 people 1 packet.

Especially since we are now assembling our own packets.
Makes for nice after dinner activity here at our house. Sometimes before a class, we even invite the kids over for dinner, just to get em to put together packages!

I hate to admit it but I think that was my idea
, some time back I told them, '' just send it I'll put it together for you!'' and they did.

I did some back-tracking on paperwork last night and it they still owe me packets from an order mailed on February 21. And yep, the passport photo holders in the last shipment had the window so low there is only room for itty-bitty signatures ...

I got them in today and they are back to putting the packet together in the envelope rather than sending everything separate.

They came in right away, about 3-6-08.

Packets on order mailed 2-21-08 arrived today. Mailbox to mailbox: 7 1/2 weeks. And yes, they were assembled this time.
So hey, I did not run completely out - just got a few left now with the photo holders that require the itty-bitty signatures ...
