Re: Certificates Received?
Now ya'll must be mistaken! My account shows no progress, and I called DPS today and spoke with Daryl, who informed me it is much too soon, and that NOBODY has had theirs issued yet. When I told him that I have spoken with several who had, he insisted "No, it's too soon."longtooth wrote:Mine shows Issued today. I was in the Nov5 class...

I've actually talked to him on a few occasions. He's actually very strait forward, but I've gotten accurate information each time.. I'd rather have someone give me a real & accurate answer then feed me a "company line" or just tell me what I want to hear to get me off the phone. maybe email them? Some folks here email Sherrie directly from what I hear.

Re: Certificates Received?
As I said on another thread: "Issued" does not necessarily mean "mailed."

I understand....but fact is several have already stated that their update says complete and mailed, whereas the phone call today I was informed no way...no one has theirs completed yet.infoman wrote:I've actually talked to him on a few occasions. And that would affect his saying NO ONE has been sent theirs yet (when obviously many had), how?infoman wrote:wgoforth- it seems that you may just be impatient. no offense.

Re: Certificates Received?
Mine still shows background under review, which is weird because we were told at the Houston class Oct.21 that only people with completed backgrounds were invited to class.
I sent in my CHL100 sveral weeks ago, but no change.
I guess I need Sherrie's email address too if someone can send it to me please.
Thanks

Your status will show background under review until the cert is issued. PM sentSeabear wrote:Mine still shows background under review, which is weird because we were told at the Houston class Oct.21 that only people with completed backgrounds were invited to class.
