Course Completion Form

#1

Post by Cdhutson »

I taught a class with 14 students last week. The classroom portion was completed over two evenings (4 1/2 hrs each night). Due to scheduling issues only 9 of the 14 have done the range portion. The other 5 want to do it later this month. The question is, do I wait until they all shoot and send in one form or send in one for those that have finished and then a second one after the rest shoot?

I would send in what is complete both classroom and range. When the others shoot send in a range completion form.

On the CHL-8 form you submit now, indicate "Classroom Only - PASS" for those that did not shoot. When they shoot, submit a CHL-8 indicating "Proficiency only - PASS".
