Texasjeep there were a lot of folks ticked off about those two, there was much discussion about their behavior, I wasnt close to the only one that felt that way. Nobody yet that has talked to our class acted the way they did. They were ridiculous.

Well if his dad is a preacher, then I know who he is because we have talked quite a bit during breaks, ect.

Don't get too weirded out. :cheers2:

I guess I didn't take offense to anything they did. Haven't talked to anyone that thought their behavior was off personally.

I have talked to quite a few folks that get ticked off because people in the class don't pay attention and ask some really stupid questions. But hey, some folks might not like the way I will teach my class either, because I don't like folks who talk amongst themselves during class or don't pay attention, and then make me repeat stuff I just said. Can't please everyone.

I did notice that the two seemed to imply that even after the class portion they taught and all the material they went over, that they are sure to get calls about one thing or another, and they will have to refer folks to the website that has the info on it. I guess some folks will be ticked off when they are told to look on the website instead of asking the CHL staff to give them the answer so they don't have to spend their own time looking it up an learning it. I certainly hope folks in the class paid attention to that statement she made.

Yes, my dad is a preacher and i kinda liked the chl ladies they kept the morons in check and the only time they had to get close to acting rude is when the blabber mouths wouldn't stop talking while they were trying to finish up.

I do recall them basically telling people to shut up and quit talking amongst themselves before the presentation was finished. I do recall them getting a bit flustered when people asked the same question that was just asked or when material was just covered.

I do think some folks ask questions just to hear themselves talk, or they aren't paying attention to what the heck is going on in the class.

Heck some of the stuff being asked makes me mad. This stuff ain't rocket science, most of it we should already know if we are sitting in the class.
We had the same problems when I took the class. 2 or 3 guys that thought they had to constantly comment or ask a question or whatever. Whenever you get a large group of folks together in this type of environment there are always some that feel they need YOU to know how smart they are (or aren't). The 2 women that did the "fill out the forms" segment, need to narrow their talk into a concise format. Too many
pauses, ah's, um's etc allow unnecessary comments and topic derailments. Trying to scold a room full of grown men (and a few women) like you would school children doesn't work. At the end of class, they will give you an evaluation sheet with space for comments. Fill it out and let them know what you liked or did not like.

I honestly don't think that some of them even read through the material that was sent to us, and some don't know the CHL laws at all it seems. Makes me wonder how the heck they are actually going to teach this stuff.
I feel sorry for their students.
This will only hurt a little. What comes next, more so.

I thought for as many people that were present we were actually under quota for special people in the class as compared to the general public- I of course realized this only after getting back on I-35 North going home.
