Kudos to the DPS CHL Section
Just wanted to publicly say how much I appreciate the people working in the CHL section of the DPS. I had a question come up last night and just before bedtime (10:00 pm) i logged onto my e-mail and sent the question to the CHL group at DPS. Got to work this morning and surprise surprise, there was already an answer to my question in my inbox. The time on the e-mail was 7:15 am!! Thank you CHL group!!!!!

Yeah, they are good. I know people tend to be more apt to complain, so I think its important we give credit where its due!
