Philadelphia must be a zoo. Watch the video, 4 murders that night. But this one ended well for the car owner.

I came across some YouTube channel where the guy just drives around Philly and films people. It literally looks like a zombie horror movie with all the addicts and homeless walking around there.

Another reason why one or two shots may not stop the attacker.

Tinted windows maybe so the car jacker couldn’t see what was about to happen?
