It's clearly a staged dialogue, between two people pretending to debate, but they are both arguing the same side.

It's just a love fest between these two right now.

TLO reports an amendment has been added by Rep Rafael Anchia giving municipalities the ability to ban OC. :banghead:

OK, last week it was that the city council could vote it down.

Now, they want it to be the people who vote it down.

So I could imagine it would be the same thing as light rail. Bring it up for a vote every year until you finally get it passed.

Could not be more clear what is the Class A part.

Could someone clarify this for me (Charles?)?

Wouldn't this amendment fail on Constitutional grounds? The state constitution says the Legislature may regulate the wearing of arms. It seems to me that they CANNOT pass it off to the cities.
