So how many amendments passed and what were they? Is there going to be enough time left for conference to strip them out and then concurrence vote?

Amendment 1 passed... allowing an "opt out" of public universities with 2/3 concurrence from the university. HOWEVER, they have to opt-out of certain locations on the campus, not the entire campus.

Davis making teaching hospitals off limits and Zerwas making private schools play by the same rules/removing opt-out provision.

It passed. I saw the one amendment that lets Board of Regents declare certain areas off limits with a 2/3 vote. Did they do anything else to it?
