Sure they would. They're voting on a conference committee report. The Wall wrote:The house wouldn't have it if they didn't.PBR wrote:so the senate already passed it?Ruark wrote:Passed! It's all over!

Thanks Charles and everyone else who had a hand in getting 2 difficult high profile bills across the finish line in this bizzaro session. Your first adult beverage at Marino's is on me after the next PSC match I attend.
Let us know what we can do to help lay the ground work for a HB308 type bill next session! I love going to Astros/Texans games and Rodeo Houston, but I HATE not being armed in Houston.

I guess next session will be open carry on campus. You can bet constitutional carry for sure.

Again,
A huge shout out to Mr. Cotton, NRA, TSRA and all those positive 2A gun groups who worked within the confines of the rules.
I was one that thought both bills were going to die off. I was wrong! And boy am I willing to admit it!

I doubt open carry on campus will happen for a long time, if ever. The Wall wrote:I guess next session will be open carry on campus. You can bet constitutional carry for sure.

It's a shame junior colleges have to wait an extra two years. Not sure what the point of that provision was.

I hope we don't waste political capitol on OC for CC! Much more important 2A issues! The Wall wrote:I guess next session will be open carry on campus. You can bet constitutional carry for sure.
