Yep. If the bill passes in its current form you can't record them without their knowledge but they can record you without your knowledge. Not so good.cprems wrote:If it failed doesn't that mean that the amendment for "gotcha" media stays in the bill?

It appears to me that most of these amendments today were bills that had no chance to go through, so they piggy back onto bills that might have a better chance.
