.... Bill if passed lowers the offence for having a firearm on property with a 30.06 sign from a class A to a class C misdemeanor unless the violator refuses to leave upon oral notice where it returns to a class A.

Wow I wasn't even aware of this bill. Regardless, this language is included in HB910, so hopefully it makes it to the governor.

AH-SOME.

I thought the legislature wasn't meeting till Tuesday but I read elsewhere here they ARE meeting today and tomorrow so HB 910 has a higher likelihood of making it through the House, not withstanding the democrats pulling more sabotage stunts.
