Holster squeek

I've been carrying my S&W 642 lately, usually carry in either a Galco USA or an el cheapo $7.00 holster. The Galco has a little squeek in it when I move around in certain ways. Other than the obvious "Well, don't move around in those certain ways", does anyone know of a cure for leather holster squeek?

JLaw, I had the same questions. Now, after carrying for a bit, I've gotten to where I loke the sound. It's almost comforting. It's bound to work its self out eventually. Then I'll be so used to it that I'll miss the squeak.

Thank you both for the replies. Yes the squeek is comforting, but I don't feel comfortable with it (only been carrying for about 10 months), even though the average sheeple won't have a clue what that noise is! Before I got my CHL I would have never thought about that noise being a ccw in a leather holster, and would never have been checking waistbands for any bulges either!!

Out in public no one will even here it.
Ambient noise levels will cover it up.
