Foxx Hybrid for Shield 9mm

I finally chose a holster. I chose the Foxx Hybrid for my shield 9mm. I haven't had it long enough for a fair review, but have some initial thoughts. It seems that it is overkill for the gun, and takes up too much space in my pants. I am 5'11 160, and I think maybe even the Desantis Sof tuk ( my first holster for shield) is better suited, though thicker obviously. I am trying to decide whether to keep or not, but not sure it is worth sending back. Also, I can barely draw, and cannot holster weapon easily at all. Maybe, a break in period will alleviate the issues?

Give it some time to get broke in before you make up your mind. I have a Foxx hybrid for my .40 shield and it has become super-comfortable!

I really like mine. I ordered one for a fullsize M&P 40 and didn't want to wait 7 weeks again for another Alien Gear, like I did for my M&P 9 shield. It was only a few bucks more, but it only took a week to get it. I got the black leather hybrid with comfort pad, and I really like it. I'll be ordering one for my shield after christmas.
