So, I have had a few chances to wear the holster around, and it has done very well. Even driving in my small car's tight seat, it was barely noticeable (either in terms of visibility to others or discomfort to me).
I actually went to wash said car a few days ago, while carrying, at one of those do-it-yourself places with high-power pressure washing wands, etc. It's a nice little neighborhood place and in a relatively safe area of town. But I was definitely glad I was carrying when an unknown guy just a bit larger than I am approached and wanted to chat about my car. I was drying the car off and detailing a few spots at the time, so I was near the back of the property and not in the most visible area. The guy turned out to be a really nice guy -- we actually had a great conversation about fun cars versus pickups -- but it's still nice to be prepared in such a situation. I am sure he had no clue I was carrying, despite the fact that my shirt was clingy and half-soaked from the car wash effort.
One other thing: some people have complained about the leather squeaking. I think this is probably inevitable to some degree with any leather clothing or personal accessory, but I have only noticed it once or twice when I was initially breaking it in a bit and trying to find the ideal carry position. Now that I've got that figured out, nobody should ever know it's there.
Anyway, the Crossbreed SuperTuck Deluxe feels to me like exactly what a concealed holster should be. I am definitely a fan and plan to keep and use this holster for a very long time.
For the curious: I got the horsehide, regular (not combat) cut, with V-clips, and one of Crossbreed's gun belts. EDC is a Glock 27 Gen 4, worn at about 4:30, usually under either an untucked shirt of some type or a tucked-in dress shirt. That combo is just about the perfect rig for me.

I got the e-mail this morning that my holster and 2 belts had shipped today. That makes 21 days from order to shipment. And judging by others time posts, it should only take a couple of days to arrive by USPS Priority Mail. Hopefully, I will get to try it out at Church for Easter Sunday!mikeintexas wrote:I'm a satisfied CBST owner and just ordered a new one for my new Kimber, along with a gun belt and a dress belt. I'm not very patient, but I guess I will learn how long it takes when the stuff arrives!

Ordered my CBST, a gun belt and a dress belt on March 15. They were on the porch this afternoon when I got home from work. That makes 25 days order to delivery. A little less than 3 weeks, and they told me when I ordered that it would 4-6 weeks for assembly and delivery.
The gunbelt is a little stiff, but after wearing the Double Duty belt from Cabela's for a couple of years, it has gotten limbered up a bit. I opted for the velcro on the belts and clips to match, plus an extra set for my PT145 holster. I also opted for the hosehide to stand up to the heat and sweat this summer. The horsehide is a lot stiffer than my old holster, but it is leather and very well broken in! Once I get everything broken in a little, I'll continue to be a CBST fan!
