M&P 40c Sleeve for Waist Pack Carry

#1

Post by soonerbldr »

After everything that has happened the last few days my wife went out and got me a Maxpedition WaistPack so I can carry easier when we are out. I have a S&W M&P 40c and a Glock 23 that both fit in their pretty well but I am not comfortable with carrying one in the pack with the trigger exposed. I am looking but thought I would see if anyone carry's in a waist pack and if so what are some sleeves that you use to keep your trigger covered? I really want to start utilizing the pack on the weekends since it has been so freaking hot!

I appreciate your input!

If I am using a purse that is not designated holter purse I use a pocket holster - specifically a nemesis or super fly - the outside is sticky-ish so it stays put. I always use a designated pocket with nothing but my side arm in it to avoid issue should I have to put the tool to use.

I do have a fanny pack with a designated holster - a nylon one that velcros in. It is a big one that will accommodate my 9C, and it is cooler just to carry IWB with my underarmor cami.
