Don't know - never seen a Crossbreed up close and in real life. But, I can compare to my Comp-Tac MTAC. MTAC has a leather backing that prevents the back end of the T-nuts from touching skin, and White Hat does not. The White Hat T-nuts are smaller profile than the MTAC ones, so it's not like they're poking you in the ribs. For the extra money the MTAC costs, I don't miss the backing - and the White Hat is my usual EDC holster.
Awesome I have 2 weeks to decide which one I want to purchase, then another 4-6 before I recieve it in the mail LOL.

I am going to second White Hat. I got a cowhide holster from them and it is sweet. Nice and supple like it is already broken in. I plan on ordering another one from them as soon as I get my new safe and my Glock 30! I would like to get a Crossbreed but you can get as good a product from White Hat in about 1/3 the time. I will still order one from Cross Breed just to support them but I think all m future purchases will be White Hat.

yeah im torn hahaha, I think I might go with either crossbreed which is holding strong in first place but now im also starting to think that White Hat is pretty good.

I had my holster from Tommy in a week. If you want to make sure he leaves a piece of leather where you want it, let him know. He responds quickly to emails. I didn't see those white hat holsters back when I ordered. They look good too. Tommy's do not have interchangable kydex, it's not a one size fits all piece of leather eitehr. That may not matter though.

I will throw my support behind whitehatholsters as well. Tony did great work for me. He did a custom kydex for me and it came out great (see my avatar).

Edit: I'll also add that the holster is extremely comfortable to wear even while sitting down.
