Good idea!! But I would love to see the face of a perspective buyer who looks into the console after it gets traded in. :shock:

The only thing I don't like is that if someone was approaching you it may take too much time to open that up and grab it. I prefer a hidden holster under dash or by door like that other link shows.

Another method to secure the holster to the console would be VHB tape from 3M, REAL sticky and strong... Like the foam stuff that goes on the wall times about 10.

I tried the double sided heavy duty 3M tape before, when I put it on I thought it was there to stay, then came the Texas heat, The superglue looks like the way to go.
