I ordered one last week and they notified me it was shipped Friday. I am waiting for it and expect it any day. I'll post a complete report when I get my paws on it.

I just ordered mine today. How long did it take for yours to ship from the time you ordered it? I feel like im waiting on my CHL all over again. I havent been able to take my Wally Walk due to my lack of a holster. Oh well, an extra week of waiting wont hurt me. Ill be posting a review as well once I receive mine.

I ordered mine 8-12-07 and recieved it today. I have been wearing it since I got home from work and love it.I ordered mine for a 4" Kimber Tactical pro II. I have not bought a comp-tac product that I have disliked. Any questions?

How thick is it? Does it have good weapon retention? Im hoping mine ships out tomorrow so it'll be here by monday, that way when I go home to visit my folks I can break the news to them that I got my CHL.

I may be wrong, but I was under the impression the Comp Tac supplied the Kydex parts to Tucker for The Answer.

I wonder if they use a lesser quality of leather to keep the price lower? Not bashing the company as I know nothing about them (not Comp Tac but the makers of the holster). I know that Tucker uses quality leather. Of course I'm a bit biased as all of my leather is Tucker.

I'm sure it is a good product if Comp Tac is selling it.

Absolutely nothing Comp-Tac makes is of inferior quality! I would never even imply a company uses inferior products if I didn't know for sure.

I would like apologize if that is the way it came off. It was never my intention. I agree that everything Comp-Tac makes is of the highest quality. They are a very good company and their customer service is second to none.

I'm seriously considering this holster for my Kahr CW9. Can anyone offer a compelling reason to reject it? I don't want to end up with the proverbial "Drawer o' holsters."

ETA: This will be my first holster for carry.

I sent my Infidel back yesterday to exchange with a Minotaur. I couldn't handle the Kydex against my skin and I'm too hot natured to wear a t-shirt.
