I was previously carrying an M&P Shield 9mm in a G-code Incog with the mag caddy at 12 o'clock.

However, I just started carrying a Glock 19 and will be carrying it in an NSR Tactical appendix holster with an attached mag caddy (as soon as it gets here).

Carry at 4:30/5 o'clock position.. crazy comfortable with undershirt or against skin.

I mostly carry my G43 or G23 in an OWB Storm Holster...every now and then I carry my Ruger SP101 in an OWB Storm Holster as well.

Shield 9mm in an uncle Mike's iwb holster, or in a safariland gls holster using the belt option instead of the paddle.

It depends what I'm wearing. Sometimes I wear loose shorts, sometimes I dress decent with jeans and a belt.

I'm making every effort to acculturate myself to the norm of wearing belts being that it is far more comfortable to wear an owb holster

Hello, please forgive me, I'm sure I'm in the wrong thread but just can't find the correct one.
Since it seems a few of you have owned DeSantis leather holsters before I thought you may know my answer & could help. I bought a DeSantis Black IWB leather holster w/ C belt clips, (Love it!) for my GLOCK 19, (Love it also!) My question & concern is; the outside of my gun (around barrel area, slide) is getting lighter in color (not solid dark black) due to the dye in the leather. Should I reholster only after the gun cools down or is there something I can due to restore the original "dark black color" on my GLOCK? It just doesn't look right. It looks like my gun has faded in color. Or should I get a different IWB holster, (Kydex, or some other material)?? I certainly would be be very grateful for any answers or recommendations from anybody else too.

OWB, G17 in a Galco FLETCH holster strong side, usually open carried, alternately in a 5.11 Thumbdrive paddle holster.

Typically a DM Bullard Dual-Carry or 2AHolsters pancake depending on choice of pistol. However just got my Bullard Bodyguard in for 1911 Fullsize and trying to get used to it. I love the holster and of course the pistol, just need to get used to the maxwell rubbing my "combat padding".
