Training videos: ECQC, Knife/hand, tac. pistol/shotgun/rifle

Anyone have any experience with any of the training videos that are offered by some of the well known self defense training schools? I'm going to buy a few videos and would like some recommendations if there are any out there. I figure that I can't take classes that often due to time and money constraints but I can always buy a video and do some training at home/range or with some friends. So I'm thinking of buying some videos from the following schools/people any opinions/recommendations or additions such as videos you've bought and used that you thought were very informative and put together well.....

Shivworks
Suarez
Hoffner
tactical response
amok!
etc.

Thanks.

I have Suarez DLO and most of the Shivworks DVD's. The Suarez DVD is pretty long, seems like it could have been edited better. The Shivworks handgun DVD has some drills that are very good.

You could try renting a few from http://smartflix.com/

Look in the "Firearms" category. There are also some knife/empty hands related courses in the "Sports & Outdoor" category.

I just finished my second rental from them. No problems so far. They are $9.99 each, with a discount when you rent "sets" that contain more than one. Some of the videos are old, but they do have quite a few from Gunsite, Ayoob, Yeager, Magill, etc...

Thanks, I'm going to get the Shivworks set. I like what I've seen so far on the site.

I have the Shivworks Fighting Handguns and like the simple and effective information. I also just bought and read Contemporary Knife Targeting. Initially I thought it was a small book for a medium to big price. After reading it and doing a bit of practicing I'd say it's worth the price - simple and effective. I recommend both of these.

I just watched some previews of "Die Less Often 1&2" and they seem like pretty good videos. Anyone have experience with these training videos or perhaps Dog Brother's training? How do these videos compare to other training videos? Thanks.
