HB 47 and 48
FYI, HB 47 and 48 are being reheard by the committee tomorrow. Might come out of committee tomorrow. I don't see HB 700 (and still can't find the substitute bill).

Re: HB 47 and 48
Maybe write Lavender? I don't know why it isn't on the net.
Re: HB 47 and 48
I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that standard operating procedure is for a committee substitute to be posted as part of the committee report, which don't exist until a vote is taken and a report is filed.Gat0rs wrote:Maybe write Lavender? I don't know why it isn't on the net.

Re: HB 47 and 48
Seeing as how the committee met on this awhile ago and still no vote, perhaps we will never see it.

The substitute HB 48 looks like no class for renewal, just send in a form.

Re: HB 47 and 48
It appears the system operator is moving the bills over from (in committee) to (out of committee). The substitute is gone but it looks like files are popping back up every few minutes.Try here in a few minutes.

Re: HB 47 and 48
It's all screwed up. If you read the committee report entries it has to do with cross border checkpoints (2011).
Thanks for the info above...but I will just forget about it. I am good till 2018 anyway..........If I live that long........now where did I put my cigarettes?
