NIB Noveske Upper

For sale is a NIB Noveske upper. I purchased this to use on an existing lower, but then found a complete Noveske rifle, so this sat in the safe for the last 9 months. I just had a professional gunsmith swap out the 51t flash hider with a Silencerco Saker muzzle break, so I could run my can on it. I will swap it back to the 51t if it sells. The flash swap is simple as it does not have to be timed like a muzzle brake.
