This is legal. You are not allowed a telescoping stock or charging handle without an ATF stamp.

Yet . . .

It seems silly that a charging handle is what makes it require a stamp? Or am I missing something? Not trying to threadcrap either, I'm very slightly into the market for an AR pistol. About pinky toe deep. Nothing happens until after I get back from Vegas either. I am in DFW! ;)

I have corrected my mistake. The vertical fore grip requires a stamp. Also corrected the zombie trigger gaurd. I did this from my phone and I made a few mistakes
