It come as shown in the link below. It has 200 rounds fired and is cleaned. There are no blemishes and it is like new.
1 30 round P-Mag, adjustable swivel sling, sheath, original box, flip sight, angled fore grip, 40 rounds ammo included.

5.56×45mm NATO is specified in the manual. Details about the differences between the calibers you mentioned are here
