XD Subcompact, 1800 Rounds have gone through it, carefully cleaned after each shooting. Comes with everything you see.

I am available to do these face to face in San Marcos, TX or in surrounding areas if someone can walk me through on how to properly transfer the firearm to its new owner, Otherwise I will ship only directly to your FFL. Shipping costs are your responsibility. I only accept Money Order, Cashiers Check, or Personal check, and will not ship/hand over any weapon until payment has cleared.

Since there is no gun registration in Texas, the proper way is simple. Get the money, give them the weapon.

You can ask for a bill of sale or to see ID, but there really isn't any reason for it.

You don't.
But as I said before, there is no gun registration in Texas, so you do not "transfer" the serial # to anyone or any entity.
At best, if you want something to show "I sold this weapon", you can make a "Bill of sale"
On this, you would put
Date of Sale
Transferred From (you)
Transferred To (buyer)
Address, City, State Zip
Item transferred
Serial #(s)
Cost

Does the 21sf have the ambidextrous mag release that requires mags with the center cut ?

it has an ambi mag release, but on the mags I don't see a center stripe, but there is a small line on the opposite side of the round indicator numbers.

Agreed.

Had a friend who sold a rifle that was later used in a murder.
It was traced to him with the SN as he bought it new.
Got a knock on the door.
He told the FBI he sold it and when and they basically said, "Thank you, have a nice day."

The xd is going from CHL to CHL with a bill of sale, so I'm not that worried about it, Just going to have to keep it in my files.
