Was he the Ham-burglar?

I like Five Guys hamburgers, but I'd hate to acquire a burglary conviction just for one. I'd at least go for a high end steak house, like Morton's or Ruth's Chris...

When I was in high school I worked at a steak house.ELB wrote:I like Five Guys hamburgers, but I'd hate to acquire a burglary conviction just for one. I'd at least go for a high end steak house, like Morton's or Ruth's Chris...
One night a couple of guys broke into the restaurant and tried to break open the safe to get the cash.
They did not succeed, but they did fire up the grill and cooked themselves a couple of rib-eye steaks.
They also helped themselves to a few pitchers of beer.

It was Washington. There is NO risk of conviction. Hope they got some fries with the burger.ELB wrote:I like Five Guys hamburgers, but I'd hate to acquire a burglary conviction just for one. I'd at least go for a high end steak house, like Morton's or Ruth's Chris...
