It sounds like that guy deserves whatever he gets. I just can't imagine any more info that would change my mind.

Licenses and background checks, etc. notwithstanding, guns are NOT for everybody.

You would expect 1 or 2 like those out of almost 1,000,000 CHLers. This intersection is magnet for road rage. The Allen PD is 1 min away.

BTW the bullet hole in the roof just above the back glass shows the bullet may have passed within inches of the lady's head.

Makes me chuckle though, he confessed to the crime to the officer on scene. Then he decides to keep quite at the station. The damage is already done at that point, you've already confessed. Short of saying you were trying to kill her what more harm can you do at that point? This is why lawyers always tell you don't talk to the police at all.

The DFW Fox news said that he told police that her cutting him off was his sole rationale in firing on her. And the bullet came to rest in the dash just inches to the right of her. Hope the guy does some serious time in state prison.

IF the lady(and that's a BIG if) did try to cut him off, and he tried to kill the lady for that act, then he has some SERIOUS mental issues, and should be put away for a very long time. It's only a matter of time before someone with that mindset kills somebody for just looking at them the wrong way.
