As I live in the area I am not surprised. Inner city is what the area of 1960 and IH45 has become. And, our state reps ignore it.

This upsets/angers me because this was my old haunts forever before moving away. I loved 1960 area. Now it seems I should be afraid.

A friend has told me, real estate near Champions is rising on the North side, staying even or declining on the South side of FM 1960. Who could have predicted that 20 years ago.
