Actually it looked like a few grab blocks, then a front snap kick to the front side followed by a spinning roundhouse to the head.
She continually assessed the situation and stopped doing damage when the threat ended, picked up her things, and exited the scene quickly enough to be sure he wouldn't be following.
She didn't make up that combination of kicks on the spot - that young lady has some pretty good martial arts training in her background.
This is a truly a classic case of "target selection error."

Looks staged to me. The guy hangs there after he takes the item and her groin kick stops short. He doesn't act like the normal snatch and run thief.

And what sort of Russian is "CAMERA 3" up in the top right corner? I mean, unless they accidentially "borrrowed" the video technology from the U.S.
