It is a low rent area so that's possible.

Reports now say it was an eviction notice being served and one Brazos County Constable has been killed http://www.wfaa.com/news/crime/Multiple ... 04076.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
An employee with Brazos County said the shooting occurred as an eviction notice was being served. The employee said a constable may have been among those injured in the shooting.
Prayers for the officers family and friends and all others injured in the shooting.

It does seem like they are starting to stop saying "mass shooting" and changing to "officer involved shooting".

Also to those saying it may have been an eviction gone bad the early photos showed a Contable's Office unit with guys in their gear set-up outside the house.

I am sorry for those that have been injured. But it really gets me going when the news heads report:
"AUTOMATIC WEAPON"! :shock: :eek6

I'd be willing to make a BIG BET that the weapon used WAS NOT AUTOMATIC! :nono:

If I was still a student, with all the craziness that's been happening this year I'd be seriously considering some deep concealment options. :???:

Really hope GigAg is okay. Hopefully he'll log on tonight.

They're reporting the Constable who was murdered is 41. According to Gigag04s profile he's 30, so that's good news.

Still a terrible event though. Thoughts for everyone involved.

Wondering if that is the male that they reported deceased? Wasn't really clear by the Assistant Chief during the press statement.
