If you understand the photo of the killer with the Kaffiyeh around his neck and the moslem "one finger" signal, you will understand his motives. Few do.

This is just a really sad stort for all involved. Prayers for the victims and even the shooter. He has issues and the fact that when he was done, he just sat on the floor says A LOT. This is a deeply disturbed man...

I am not making excuses for him nor do I condone anyone doing anything of the sort. I just feel there is a much larger and deeper story here. I could be wrong, and I do not mean to offend ANYONE here. :???:

No. The shooter is a deeply converted man in my opinion. Hope he is thrown in the eternal pit of fire for what he did.

This was an Islamofascist act of terror.

Beiruty, I agree.

I wish we had a more expeditious, public process, to rid this planet of scum like this.

But, he will get a nice ACLU lawyer and three square meals, and we will get more progressive left wing gun grabbers coming at us with more gun regulations.

What I can't figure out is how, given all this guy's issues and history and how easily the military and this administration wants to take guns away from vets, this guy was still able to posses any weapons let alone keep a CC permit and then transport his weapon checked on an airline. That really kinda surprises me a little.

44 States allow lawful carry of firearms in the common terminal and baggage claim areas of airports....

Florida, and only five other states, make the entire airport terminal off limits even to carry license holders while armed.

Video of the shooter as he draws and opens fire: https://www.buzzfeed.com/talalansari/[abbreviated profanity deleted] ... dyVOyAbJw1. Among other things, it shows how quickly one can get a gun in appendix carry into play.......

No sheepdogs in that video.

This incident points out once again the failures of this administration's law enforcement agencies in identifying and dealing with potential ISIS sympathizers. All over the world law enforcement agencies seem to be identifying potential threats, but it appears they are being politically handcuffed into doing nothing once the threat is identified.

In elevated threat awareness, why there was no armed guards at that terminal in the open to public areas?

This was a quote from a News report:

"He was also charged with using his service gun during a crime of violence."

I guess I am thinking this is totally wrong. Please help me understand this.

Looks like he converted to the dark side before he enlisted. Not sure if that helps or hurts his coming insanity plea...

FBI says, he has no terrorist ties. I do not care what ties, or motive he had. He is mass shooter/killer. Would you say the same for white Racist shooter? Was he a Christian Terrorist too? All murderers are the same, they are threat to you, unless you stop them dead in their track.
