Glad the deputy was able to get the BG. I am just wondering about this sentence in the report:
Dalton is white and Martes was black.
Why is that even necessary to report? A criminal is a criminal, no matter their race. Would the situation be changed if the BG was white and the deputy black? Sounds like the reporter has an agenda.

I watched the video of that conference and I noticed the chief gave the ages/races of every individual that he brought up. As an American, of white and black decent, it makes me upset that race is even an issue.
