BUT

THE ATF CAME TO MY HOUSE THIS EVENING!!!!

Yes, but I am working in Dallas all this week. My brother did talk to them and I did also on the phone. They are out on a machine gun complaint that was called in a few weeks ago and they were checking to make sure they were all NFA.

Since my brother and I do not have the NFA guns we let them know that we do not have them and any that do come are all NFA. They were very nice (careful with the tiger), but this now means I will have to do some more shooting.

There will be more updates.....

That's hilarious! File this away in your little file folder of harrassment. So when are you doing your next shoot, I might be running into another gun soon and will of course want to shoot it :anamatedbanana

Well, looks to me like you at least need to have her served with notice to stay off your property, so criminal trespass becomes easier to charge her with if it happens again. Ask the sheriff specifically what can be done to keep her away.

You might also want to invest in a better telephoto; license plates and identifiable face shots are priceless in court.

The new berm looks nice. How deep was the old range? I had an image in my head of a gravel pit or rock quarry but that looks pretty shallow.

One of these days I want to get some land a ways north of Houston for my own private range and hurricane hideout.

The new range is about 2x length and width. We pulled all the dirt from the old range and then added more from the hole.

Your not really that far from me and I would LOVE to assist you with photographic evidence. Being a photographer I have all kinds of fun toys that could assist you in documenting her trespassing. Perhaps in the future I could join in one of the shoots and spend some quality time lying in the bushes shooting some pictures too :biggrinjester: It won't be for a while, I am still in the shopping/waiting stage as far as getting guns goes.

Underneath the bridge would make a fine place to do some photographic "sniping" with a long lens. Preferably with "no trespassing" signs in plain view.

Looks like crazy lady is up to more:

I plan to have a meeting the James Wilson next week to talk about this.

Brian

BTW this weekend shoot is cancelled due to Crazy Lady's weather machine making Ike.

DEALDY RANGES OF UP TO TWO MILES!

My .22 boxes of ammo say they are dangerous up to like a mile, but I can't really image it hurting anything more than say a piece of paper, and even then it would have to be a thin piece of paper

How's 200 yards?
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.

Good thing she is concerned as I drive on that road to go home.

She cares about me :biggrinjester:
