For the 30.06 sign, looking at the wording and letter size in the photo it appears to be valid. Since the parking lot law passed a couple of years ago an employer normally cannot prohibit an employee from having a legally possessed firearm in their vehicle. HOWEVER, looking at the sign below saying 'campus' if it is a school then they CAN prohibit their employees from having one in their car. If it is not a school or a oil/gas refinery and something like a hospital campus or other business that is not exempted from the parking lot law by statute, then, as an employee, you can posses one in the vehicle, but not out on the grounds or in the buildings.
