Re: Today in Trump's 1st term as President
Could be there will be a cataclysmic event (war with Russia//China, major terrorist attack, or extreme civil unrest) that will (in their minds) give them an excuse to try to cancel/delay the election. That's how FDR got an extra term). Sound far fetched? Maybe, but it's in the realm of possible.

Remember, oohrah’s posts in the past would indicate he does not support the Constitution (example below):EP45 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2024 9:57 pmTo me these are the darkest days for our constitution. Not from our former President but from our current President.philip964 wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2024 7:28 pmquote=oohrah post_id=1338065 time=1717444944 user_id=15653]oohrah wrote: ↑Mon Jun 03, 2024 3:02 pm I took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America. I respect your difference of opinion.

Never has our democracy been in such peril. Never in our history has the current President who is running for re-election attempted to put his rival in the upcoming election in jail. This is what happens in Russia, Iran, Venezuela and any banana republic you can think of.
I respect your service to our country and your right to freely express your opinion.
Should the democrats manage a victory in November, will there ever be a real Republican President again. Why would any successful businessman ever run for office against a democrat again after that.
Should Trump die in jail after a loss in November, do you think the Constitution you support, survive after that?
Oohrah took an oath but he has already broken the oath publicly in his posts. What brought this up was his blatant hypocrisy in his vitriol in the conviction of Trump which was not Constitutional. You have abrogated your oath.oohrah wrote: ↑Sat Apr 24, 2021 11:39 am I do NOT support Constitutional carry. There are no bars to carrying a handgun already. Texas is a "shall issue" state. Any law-abiding citizen without a criminal record can buy and carry a handgun if they demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of the law. They cannot be denied. Rights sustained.
I believe with rights comes responsibility. I also believe carrying a gun in public without training or knowledge of the law is irresponsible. I know I will get a lot of pushback on this, so don't expect me to respond to your arguments. Just wanted you to know that there are responsible gun owners out there who do not support this.
I support your Constitutional Right to freely express your opinion, but decry your cowardice to respond to arguments. You just want to throw out opinions and hide from the responses.
As to your service, I am having to rely on your limited public responses. From your posts, as a Marine, you seem further away from "Chesty" Puller and more in line with Lee Harvey Oswald.
What happened to Trump was a travesty of justice and a threat to the USA, the Constitution, and the Marines.

So will Trump be jailed w/o bond like the other Jan 6 insurrectionists?
Push, push, push the right's nose in their garbage is all they have been doing since Obama was elected. (Okay, maybe even longer than that).
I agree 100%. They are trying to start a REAl insurrection. The Jan 6 demonstration was orchestrated to make us afraid of them.

Re: Today in Trump's 1st term as President
Woke up to a ABC "newscast" on my local CW oldies radio station. Entire thing was about Pres Trump being indicted. Not one word about Brandon's bribery evidence finally being viewed by congress. Also nothing said about comparison to Brandon's thousands of pages of classified documents hidden is multiple unsecured places. Notice that the indictment was timed to coincide and cover up Brandon's bribery shenanigans, The purpose of this indictment is to force states to remove Mr Trump from the ballot because he is under felony indictment.
We are going to have to put a stop to this one way or another (courts or election). After the orchestrated Jan 6 fiasco, Washington DC no longer fears the people. We allowed this to happen.

After a few sentences I quit reading. One huge paragraph made it very hard to read. I saw the gist of his opinion and said enough. Seemed to be regurgitated MS NBC/CNN non factual opinions.

Good candidate to head up the "Justice Department" in the next Trump administration, J/K but wouldn't be ironic. Need a citizen who has been through their system to straighten out the mess

Pelosi should be removed from the gov and charged with sedition. She tried to get the Joint Chiefs of staff to take the Nuclear foot ball away from the President. The chairman told her that would be a military coup and refused to consider it. My opinion: Pelosi is unhinged and dangerous

Last night she made a statement on Newsmax that she thinks that maybe the Georgia Gov and Sec of State are in the pay of Dominion. That's a very serious charge.philip964 wrote: ↑Sun Nov 22, 2020 6:41 pm https://eagleslant.com/trump-campaign-d ... ey-powell/
Trump campaign distances itself from Sidney Powell.
Not sure what this means after her great statement about Georgia.

Lou Dobbs had a white house lawyer on today that talked about the same events. I believe it was the same lawyer that was handling Michael Flynn's case. Said they have they have all they need to blow this election fraud wide open. Don't know if this was something they ran up the flag pole to see who salutes or what.
Had heard a related story from another source earlier in the day.

All day the "news"media was saying that the Trump vehicle tried to force the biden vehicle off the road and that the FBI is investigating.philip964 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 02, 2020 5:13 pm https://www.click2houston.com/news/loca ... day-nov-2/
Texans for Trump surround Biden/Harris campaign bus on the interstate. There ended up being a car accident, Biden campaign person judged to have changed lanes and bumped into a Trump supporter car. (did not stop to exchange information, isn't answering calls)

It does have side effects that mess with the immune system and can effect vision. Been on it now for ten years and still doing well. It has greatly helped reduce the extreme pain from rheumatoid arthritis flares in my joints. Been a year since my last flare and I'm thankful.philip964 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 04, 2020 5:07 pm https://thefederalist.com/2020/06/04/la ... ump-inbox/
Fake Hydroychloroquine study Which showed it was dangerous often repeated by press as a criticism of Trump’s support of Hydroxychloroquine has now been withdrawn by publisher of report. Could not independently verify accuracy.
I’m sure the press will just broadcast this to the maximum.
