The biggest thing is it seems to create a private cause of action, whereas now the law has no teeth. Secondarily, it seems to just be more specific so that violations seem more deliberate rather than inadvertent.

Does this apply to 30.06/07, or something different? I.e. Should it be added to the bills list?

Open carry was passed too late last session to have 30.07 added. Are there any bills so far addressing this?

Ashamedly, I'm ignorant of this new law. What about it makes it illegal for a courthouse to ban otherwise legal knives inside the courthouse? It adds state preemption of knife laws.
