Use new media. Use flyers. Use you tube ads. The old media is dying anyway. The 18-30s are getting screwed by the leftist agenda. Black unemployment is a shambles. Show who is responsible for that and give a solution. If we are going to have a chance we must show the benefits of liberty and show the chains of tyranny for what they are.

We are living on borrowed time.
You know I don't think we need to roll around in the mud. But we need to get real and stop playing with boxing gloves on when they have out the knives. They are for gun control fine.....construct an ad that show the top crime cities in American then have a lay over with there top strictest gun control...show gun control=more rape and murder. Get personal...say X candidate wants to disarm you and make you at risk of horrendous assault and murder while he has personal guards. I mention gun control because this is a gun forum. You can do the same thing on education, finance, sanctity of life, the abusive federal regulation which are nearly as bad as William the conqueror's forest law.

Do it again and again and again. Show the voters without any nuisance in terms no one can mistake the horror that the left wants to unleash on us. Don't be nice, they aren't. Don't lie, tell the WHOLE truth. Point out their lies with clarity and conviction.

As far as it being moral to do so, Jesus called the religious leaders white washed tombs with death and decay inside. He spoke the truth boldly. We must as well.

Re: what senate rule change could mean for 2nd amendment

Imagine the outrage if this was applied to any other civil right. Want to vote...get photographed, fingerprinted, and pay a tax. Want to be a journalist, get photographed, fingerprinted and pay a tax. Want to have a faith, get fingerprinted, and pay a tax. HOLY COW the outrage would be rightfully great and fearsome to behold.

What a scary time we live in.

I hope you are right CPD. I really do. I am afraid at what they will try though. Truly scary times we live in these days.

what senate rule change could mean for 2nd amendment

This rule change has lasting effects and is a terrible harbinger of things to come. However this rule change could very much effect 2nd amendment issues.
Here is a summary of what happened.
http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/22/us/po ... .html?_r=0

They are packing the lower courts (for now) with radical leftists. So when a case goes to them with anything they don't like (including 2nd amendment) cases they will be able to make certain they can rule by fiat of judge when they can't get their legislation through the legislatures.

There is a reason one needs a super majority to end debate. It is to keep the tyranny of the majority from becoming rule of law. It is to protect our natural rights from the gov't.

The left is usurping all that in the effort to make their way of gov't last for a generation. Judges are on the bench longer than presidents and congressmen. This has far reaching consequences.

It is a bleak day. Once power is taken from the people it is not easily recovered.

Also if they can change this rule for the lower courts, there is nothing stopping them from changing it for the Supreme Court and other legislation. Imagine having to only get a majority to rule that all firearms must be turned in by X date, no exceptions. That could be now possible with just another "rule change". Horrifying.
