I found tin snips cut Kydex rather well. Then just use a sanding drum on a dremel to clean it up,finish with fine sandpaper. Snips make it easy to follow the contours.

My wife also has a green card. She got her CHL with no issues but when going to purchase a new firearm make sure you bring 90 days of utility bills. As stated above. I use a fobus OWB paddle holster for my PT111 and my PT145. Work very well for me and they run about 25.00-30.00 at the major outdoor stores.

Oh believe me, all account info or other personal info is completely blacked out on anything they get.
