Where abouts are you? The S&W Shield can be had under $400 new and is a great carry gun. The Ruger SR9C was a good recommendation. If you are in Dallas or Austin, GT Distributors has police trade in M&P's and Glock 22's for great prices -- although they are large guns.mulfjohn wrote:All good guns. And I may catch flack for this, but Taurus has put out some very decent guns in the last few years. I've field tested the Millennium and it's a damn fine gun for the price.
