...can't legally recover ANY damages...long as you shot 'em within the law...(some breeds, the value of the attacking dog's more than the worth of the dog's owner!!!)

...the point is, the text of the law protects you against damages...so I left out "successfully"...

...if the dog attacks your dog...he can't sue if you kill his dog...if he attacks a person...he can...go figure...another law that needs to be changed......
