Thats what I thought, what Irritated me the most is that it wasn't on or near the entrance but on the wall in the hallway, if hadn't stopped to answer my phone on the way out, I probably never have noticed it.
By the way this is at the Presbyterian Heart Institute on Walnut Hill, in Dallas.

Is this sign legal?
The other problem was that is was not on the door, it was on the wall in the hallway from the parking garage on the way to the building, I didn't even notice it until I was walking out of the building.
