Maybe....... Trump should appoint a special prosecutor to oversee 4 years of investigation into Biden pay for play with Ukraine, Russia and China? After all, he did proudly admit, on video, to withholding $1B from Ukraine unless they stopped a prosecutor from investigating Burisma.
