Bought mine (smallest size) at Academy for ~$20.
It comes with a coated steel cable that I loop around the inside of my luggage frame so that the gun case cannot be separated from the rest of the luggage. It might get stolen, but not without the whole bag. I figure that's the best I can do once the bag is out of my control.

When I'm not flying with it, I loop the cable around the base of my car seat and store the box itself under an over-sized floor mat (no room under my seat). More secure than the glove box.

The above link is for the middle size (IIRC). This one will hold a full sized 1911.
They have them with combo locks instead of keys, but I prefer keys for this purpose.
