Just ate some Kiolbasa I picked up at Sam's. Pretty good.

Looks like someone has to find all the sausage mentikned here and do a taste test/review. Any takers? :mrgreen:

But….I make my own each year.

This year….all Beef and Venison Sausage (Cajun Style Seasoning) to which I added Jalapeno, Mustard Seed and H/T Mozzarella cheese.

Smoked over mesquite coals and wetted-sawdust.

Opa's is good. I like Earl Campbell's. Not great, but okay.

Depends who ou talk to. Mass produced, or home made? Pork or venison or beef?
