My FIL started Dutch oven cooking here around Christmas time. He's really into it. There's a show on RFD TV I think it is he hates to miss.

I haven't gotten there yet, but it's a skill I wouldn't mind trying out. Used to have a friend whose dad was foreman of one of the sections of the King Ranch, and would go out on round ups with them. Their cook made pan de campo and beans in the dutch oven. Amazing stuff when cooked that way.

Well, my father has always talked about his 68Charger since as early I can remember. It just always stuck with me. I'm a big fan of old muscle cars, too.
A friend of mine had a '72 Challenger. My dream car is (still) the '69 Hemi Charger. Or the '71 Hemi 'Cuda. Don't know which one I would rather have. Another friend has a '66 (I think) Chrysler 300 in pea green. That thing's a monster. That was his main car, even though he had an '83 Charger. Yes, my friends and I have always been into Mopar.

I almost cried when they made the new Chargers 4 door.

Re: What's the Origin of Your User Name?

First name, last initial, and "560" was my employee number when I was first hired on as a medic.

Wanted to use my name, and then I had to find a number at the end...do you KNOW how many "JasonW"s there are on the internet?

At least 559 more.
