First off I want to thank everyone for answering my past questions. I'm glad theres is a place to go to get all of my CHL questions answered from what seems to be very knowledgeable people. Anyways, I've read the rules on carrying and using deadly force front to back and I've always understood it to...

Re: DPS Processing Times
I took examon Dec. 4th (Saturday). I dont recall the exact day I mailed my application but it was the following week.

Does purchasing a gun move any faster with a CHL?
I've never had a problem buying a gun, normally smoothl transaction, but was curious if have a CHL moves the process along any faster.
Thanks!

Re: Recommended Guns
Thanks guys. The only other handgun I currently own is a Springfield XD 9mm. It definitely to big for me to carry and conceal. I'm a novice when it comes to guns both rifle and hand. Therefore, features and styles I wouldn't know alot about. I don't plan on carrying everday day. Considering the LCP ...

Recommended Guns
I'm sure there have been previous threads on this subject but what gun does any of you recommend carrying. I've been told the Ruger LCP is a good gun and Taurus has an equivalent thats good. Both of the two that I'm speaking of are 380 caliber. Should I be looking for something a little bigger? What...
